Our History

When John Chilton and Diane Medley formed a partnership in 1988, they set out to create a dynamic professional and financial services firm. Knowing that leadership and growth go hand in hand, they worked to identify and develop talent that would ensure Chilton & Medley’s future – an approach the company still actively embraces today.

At present, Chilton & Medley has 10 partners. Our leadership development initiatives allow us to expand and deepen our services and expertise continually. In turn, we have been able to anticipate and act upon diverse opportunities for growth as well as enhance our ability to guide clients into the future. As the business and financial services landscape promises to continue shifting and changing well into the 21st century, Chilton & Medley is committed to scouting and creating future opportunities for our clients, strategic partners and team members.
