- Accounts Payable Processing - with flexible levels of service for processing accounts payable invoices and year-end tax work, i.e. W9’s and 1099’s This service allows clients to rely on us for daily transactions so they can focus on other issues.
- Accounts Receivable Processing - with flexible levels of service for processing monthly statements and collections oversight. This service strengthens internal controls over cash and receivables.
- Payroll Services - that allow clients to direct the level of employee payroll processing, including payroll calculations, check writing, payroll deposits, quarterly returns and tax compliance. This service is both cost effective and reduces the opportunity for errors with related tax penalties.
- General Ledger Maintenance - includes review for proper allocation on a monthly or quarterly basis allowing the client to rely on the financial statements to help manage their operations. This service may be performed either at the client’s location or off-site through internet-enabled access.
- Cash Management - to ensure availability of funds while maximizing interest-earning opportunities. This service entails routine monitoring of cash available and cash requirements. We can forecast cash needs, estimate financing requirements, and track cash flow.
- Financial and Management Reports - evaluate areas of revenue and expense to allow the client to properly plan for and protect their existing assets. Decisions are made more easily if appropriate and accurate reports are available on a timely basis.
- Software Support - for new or existing clients needing installation and training with selected software programs. Our ChiSource team actually uses the software that we support on a daily basis. We know and understand the unique issues that other users face. We provide on-site or remote support as needed.
