During 2006, John played a key role in revamping the 2005 Kentucky Tax Modernization Act, having recognized the unintended adverse effects the new law would have on many Kentucky businesses. As a chair of the Greater Louisville, Inc. Public Policy and Legislative Affairs Committee, he spent a great deal of time in Frankfort, leading the initiative to change this law.
During the seminar, John will discuss:
